Account & Data Deletion (propquery.ai)

1. Overview

This page explains how to request deletion of your PropQuery.ai account and personal data.

These instructions apply to all users, including users who sign in using email/password, Google, Facebook/Meta, or Apple Sign-In.

2. What we delete

When we process a verified deletion request, we will:

• Delete or anonymise your account profile and login identifiers
• Delete saved searches, favourites, preferences, and similar account-linked data
• Delete or anonymise enquiries and account activity linked to your user profile where technically feasible

3. What may be retained

We may retain limited records where required by law or needed for legitimate purposes such as security, fraud prevention, or regulatory compliance.

4. How to delete your data

If you are signed in, you can request deletion directly in-app:

• Buyers: /au/me/account
• Agents: /au/agent/dashboard#delete-account (Dashboard, bottom — expand "Delete account")

If you cannot sign in, send an email to [email protected] with the subject line Account and Data Deletion Request.

Please include:

• The email address used for your PropQuery.ai account
• If you used social login, the name shown on that Google/Facebook/Meta/Apple account

For Facebook/Meta users, this process satisfies Meta's user data deletion requirement.

5. Processing timeframe

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days and will confirm completion by email.
